As a multi-lingual professional with over twenty years of specialised experience, Janna designs and implements sustainability and ESG management systems, environmental risk and impact assessments and regulatory environmental compliance frameworks. She also has extensive environmental auditing and performance reporting experience.

Drawing on her experience as a consultant and lead roles, Janna has understanding of the intricacies involved in planning, executing, and managing large-scale infrastructure projects worldwide and is  well-versed in the complex regulations governing both land-based and offshore environments in Europe, the Caspian Region and the Middle East. With over a decade of experience working on assignments with a global Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contractor, she has led development, implementation and certification of integrated management systems as well as assurance and performance reporting.

Janna holds an MSc in Environment, Health and Safety from University of Sunderland, a BSc in Philology (English) and is a graduate member of IOSH. She has completed IEMA approved Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Masterclass under the GRI Professional Certification Program and is qualified as a Lead Auditor for ISO Environmental and Energy Management System Standards. Janna also holds proficiency in Asbestos Management with the British Occupational Hygiene Society, a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and is currently studying GHG Accounting with GHG Management Institute.

Irina Nair is an accomplished Environmental and Sustainability professional with more than 20 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, industrial hygiene, HSE auditing, and occupational health and safety. Her expertise has been predominantly applied within the energy sector, contributing to the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects across the Caspian region, including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and the Russian Federation, as well as in the United Arab Emirates.

Throughout her career, Irina has held both independent consultancy roles and senior leadership positions with international construction and engineering firms. In these capacities, she has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HSE and environmental strategies aligned with global best practices and regulatory requirements.

Irina holds a Master of Science degree in Water and Environmental Management from Staffordshire University, where her research focused on renewable energy solutions. She also holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Regulation of the Economy from the Azerbaijani State Economic University, supplemented by IEMA and BOHS-approved courses.
